Initiated in 2007, the SET-UP project is an ongoing epidemiologic evaluation of heart failure patients evaluated in the Stanford Exercise Laboratory. Studies from SET-UP have provided important insights into the application of cardiopulmonary exercise test responses in unique patient populations including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, optimizing normal standards for peak VO2, and the prognostic utility of non-invasive hemodynamic measurements during exercise. This is a sampling of some of the publications from this project.
